Tiny injection marks flatten within hours. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and lying flat for 4 hours on the day of treatment.
Day 5–7
Softening begins

Treatment takes 15–30 minutes and most patients return to work the same day — the tiny injection marks are rarely visible within a few hours. For the first four hours avoid lying flat, rubbing the treated area or strenuous exercise; for 48 hours avoid facials, saunas and heat. Alcohol is best avoided on the day of treatment.
