Day 0
Session 1
Sculptra is reconstituted with sterile water and lidocaine, then injected with a fine cannula. A 30–45 minute session.
Day 1–5
The 5-5-5 protocol
The most important part of the aftercare: 5 minutes of massage, 5 times a day, for 5 days. It distributes the product evenly — essential to the Sculptra protocol.
Week 4–6
Session 2
A second session builds on the first. Collagen production is now underway, with early firmness beginning to show.
