What to expect & when
Day 0
Consultation & treatment
Topical anaesthetic for 30–45 minutes, then RF energy is delivered through fine needles in a precise grid. A 30–45 minute session with warmth and a firm sensation.
Day 1–2
Settle
Mild redness, slight swelling and a warm sensation. Mineral SPF is essential. Most return to normal activities within 1–2 days.
Month 1–3
Sessions build
A course of 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Collagen remodelling is underway and tightening becomes visible.
Month 3–6
Full result
Collagen matures and tightening peaks. Maintain with a session every 6–12 months to sustain the result.
